So the below comment and pretty much every other negative "review" here comes from a guy called Craig Chalmers (chalmers6craig@icloud.com) from Ayrshire in Scotland and with about 15/16 years fedding experience.

Chalmers arrived in the EWA in early 2019, made a great first impression, quickly became a productive member of the fed, and seemed destined for great things. However, he suffered a bad motorbike accident in March that understandably put him out of commission for a while, and when he came back in late April, something had definitely changed. It's maybe unfair to suggest that it was as a result of the accident and his frustrations during recovery, but the friendly, eager guy we once knew soon started being more vocal over things like RP limits being too much, having to write our own segs, and feeling that the majority of the fed didn't care enough to contribute. He's more than entitled to his opinion there and nobody held anything against him because of it. In fact, it helped spark some debate which saw more of a conscious effort made to welcome newer members to the fed and help them integrate better, so you can even say it actually helped us in the long run.

However, it's clear that the EWA at that time wasn't what Chalmers was looking for in a fed, hence why he quit in early May. Fair enough. We were sorry it didn't work out, but no hard feelings on our end.

Fast forward and Chalmers has since found a new fed (well, actually an old fed reborn), one which has a bit of cross-over with our community and that ticks all the right boxes he was looking for. He's literally got the environment he wanted and by all accounts is a major player there as their current World Champion...but for some baffling reason, he's still got a grudge against the EWA. So much so that Chalmers signed up in secret as a new character with us, not with the intent of RP'ing or contributing, but to creep on our boards for things he thinks he can use against us, and then started posting these comments here in an effort to sabotage us. Why? Your guess is as good as mine. And the thing is, it's not for a lack of trying. I've reached out to him and attempted engaging in a conversation like adults, just as the owners of his new fed have reached out and asked him to stop trolling us...but for whatever reason, he chooses not to do so.

So here we are. In a situation where someone who we were sad to see go but held no ill will against is now trying to tank our comments/reviews for reasons only he understands. Doing so doesn't help his new fed in any way...honestly, I'm not even sure if it hurts us either, as I don't know how many people actually read these reviews...but that's where we're currently at. So if on the off-chance you're reading these comments with a view to joining the EWA, at least you've got a bit of context for the negative ones you see below. :)

And Chalmers, if you do ever want to chat and talk this out like grown-ups, the offer is still open. Contrary to your "IP ban" comment, you can still get in touch with that not-so secret account of yours for the time being, but the choice is entirely yours.
